AVIRA Removal Tool for mac GmbH, famed for the popular antivirus program Avira AntiVir Personal, developed this AVIRA Removal Tool as part of their AntiVirus Personal line to remove threats to systems like malware and internet worms that threaten them. Unfortunately, their database for finding threats remains rather inadequate – only basic threats such as Trojan horses can be detected and removed with it.
