Excel Viewer for microsoft though only available in English, is extraordinarily user-friendly and intuitive. Not only can we open all of the above-listed formats without relying on costly Excel for data conversion purposes; we can also print these documents – with print preview to ensure correct printout! The remaining functions of the program include searching for words/values within an opened file as well as copying out fragments for use in another program.
Though without editing capabilities, this application is recommended for anyone without access to Excel, as well as users of OpenOffice Calc which does not always open files 100% correctly.
