ImmersEd download for pc is an entry-level text editor intended for less demanding users, similar to what one might find in a notebook computer. It features an user-friendly interface resembling that of paper with its endless page and several interesting options such as spelling checking in several different languages (sadly we do not find Polish on its list – however you may create your own dictionaries!). Among others it offers options like checking spelling in multiple languages with its automatic spellcheck feature as well.
Operation is simple and does not offer anything we wouldn’t expect from other simple system programs. When first launched, a sample document appears, while you can quickly launch a new file using the first menu item – perfect for taking notes quickly! You also have access to several important settings including editing automatic actions (file loading at application startup for instance), choosing width/margins settings as well as skins which make sounds in certain circumstances (volume level settings can also be altered in program options).
ImmersEd download for windows offers more than the conventional TXT file-saving functionality; additionally we can save documents with RTF extensions as well. Furthermore, printing directly from ImmersEd can also be done directly using its print preview function and page settings, previously set in preferences. Furthermore, ImmersEd is very light-touch in terms of computing resources required; so even older, less efficient computers should have no difficulty using its features effectively.
Requirements!
To use Windows XP with any version of SP3, at minimum you will require SP2. Otherwise you can install Service Pack 3 since SP2 is no longer available.
