A program that protects Internet users against unwanted calls at an extra fee by employing various mechanisms: blocking calls made to numbers not in their list of numbers, checking hidden programs for correctness and connection settings and scanning computers for dialers. In this instance, the tool uses an updated database every few days as well as providing full connection statistics. Signet Certification Center has certified that SS AntyDialer has not been altered since being signed, thus guaranteeing its functionality as intended by its authors. There are two files within the package – first is the certificate that should be run, and after this occurs is installed the actual anti-dialer – unfortunately, this program does not work with ISDN modems.
